Wolves

I feel like a lone wolf

A lone wolf surrounded by many other wolves.

Wolves that are big and small,

Of many different colors

but all come from the same cave

I am the wolf that came from a different cave

I am not better nor worse than the wolves.

They come from different mothers and fathers,

different packs,

but in the end

we are all one.

My scars and wounds may be different

but when the moon shines

and gleams in our eyes

we all howl as one.

And that is what I am.

One with the wolves

and one with myself.
