Women, Not Trophies

Thu, 11/08/2018 - 17:03 -- msa139

Looked at like prized possessions
Thoughts of them as obsessions
Most men can't understand
Long lasting love they can't withstand
There is a feeling that can't even bend

Women are beyond their looks
Covers don't define books
Mind and soul are what you read
Inside is the real person to see
The mystery of what they could be

Being with a woman because she's nice
Not for bragging rights
Sharing common interests
Not caring about sex
Conversations are the best

Women are described too much as objects
Look at the amazing talents they possess
Good looks to be put to rest
There are so many other reasons
Women are humans, not trophies
