Wonder

Snapback into what I think is my reality But I'm not so sure Living day to day Not knowing there is more Why am I so afraid to love? Why am I so afraid to care? Too many questions unanswered Maybe I don't wanna think Maybe I can't bare In everyone's eyes I'm such a blossoming flower Inside I feel as a squeaking lightbulb Everyday just losing its power Can I become something that is worth saving Trapped inside a liitle cocoon A barrier of my own protective haven Switching thoughts from one to the next I know I can venture out I know I can give, give, and give Enlightening my best It has to turn into a picture Where I can see for myself Am I living an idea Can my dreams really Become what is real?
