Wonderous Boy
Once every dusk, you will appear.
And I begin to wonder how you've
come here.
In a place where only I dream. A
place where you have not had a
mean.
Your face is unfamiliar. But
as I dream on I feel as if somehow
I've known you for ages. I ponder on if
someone has kept you in cages. From
entering the gates that lead to my mind. Though,
it seems as if it was me you came to find.
I don't know where you have came from,
wonderous boy. What I do know is that you
have brought me some comfort and joy.
When I wake up I think of you, because
everything we did seemed so real. Wonderous
boy, there are nights you have came. Yet, I
still do not know your name. Then there are nights
in my dreams where you do not show. And then I fear
that it is me you no longer wish to know.
Now I know though, it's all in my head. In there
you still exist, and I'm relieved that you are not
dead.
Wonderous boy, I do not know when you will come
again. But I do hope there will be no end.
