The Wonders of Art

Strokes of brilliance

Blossoms captured within a frame

Sunsets painted in one’s mind

A brush of the hand

Scenes of joy pour onto the canvas

Long Lashes frame rose colored cheeks

Hazel eyes gleam with pride

Ears tune into the sound of life stories being told

Peach tainted lips begin to mouth the words

The tips of one’s fingers exchange alternating greetings with the air and the firm desk beneath them

Tapping along to the beat of someone else’s inspiration

Only a smile graces her face

A pointed tip dances across the page

Words transform themselves into thoughts

Messages conveyed through the art of one’s imagination

Lessons learned in moments of triumph

Feelings of contentedness and a sense of achievement fill one’s heart
