wondrous

unpredictable like the pattern of stars
i was stargazing

secretive like the moon
i tried to explore you

unique like the colors of the lights up north
i yearned to know you

you were space itself
i was obsessed with you
i loved to think of you
i wanted to know so much-
about you

just like space itself-
i was bound to earth forever

so i watched from afar
as you continued to amaze me-
wondrously

i watched from afar
as you continued to amaze-
     astonish-
          bewilder..

wondrously
