The Woods
Out of time and breath.. what was left
My life was ending and I was about to meet death
These God forsaken woods were every-where
Stretched across the land like the ocean blue
Running away trying to find at least one clue
A clue at the least to explain this place
A place of mystic terror and a vast set horror
Bodies laying up... the thick black branches of the woods
A cloth fell on me a bright red hood
Something that looked like it was out of little red riding hood
My heart grew faster and darkness was filling quick
So without another thought I let a ferocious shout
My mouth laid open...but was oh so silent
Like an unlit candle that was already blown out
My fingers trembled feeling heavily shaky
I will return to my very last memory
A door in front.. opened up
As I slowly walked I started to look up
I saw the moon shine brighter than ever
My eyes closed shut and my body went on to go slumber
