Word Vomit

I'm on my toes Ready to speak my mind And iterate my opinions But then my mouth becomes conflicted The words that once flowed unceasingly are suddenly damned up And bits and pieces dribble out Like food stuck in your teeth that no one has remembered to tell you about It's word vomit Spewing out Short choppy sentences Cut phrases Frequent. Punctuations. The beauty in my oration is gone and all that remains are the twisted remains of a lost paradise And an accursed pile of word vomit.
