A word of that way
Every color in every nation
Let me enlighten you my friends
And share some inspiration
Opression on these streets were'nt built to last
Not every single person had the mind to grasp
Ignorance took its toll, theres proof, we have the record
Of the Biggest Movement of all
hatred is never missed
yet it is always remembered, but we have evolved
we welcome a modern kiss
We walked thier walk
our minds span much more
we have this power to talk
Lets never forget 'us', or the 'us' before
