Words

Words give power.

Words remind us of our past.

Words don't just speak;

Words listen.

Words comfort.

Words understand.

Words are like friends on a cold night;

You can curl up with them

Converse with them

Or just sit in peaceful silence.

Words add to who we are;

Creative

Funny

Curious

Sympathetic

Words give us meaning

but in no way define us.

Words just are.

And words are why we write.
