Words

Words can fall

drip drop pitter patter rain on a foggy windowpane

Words can wash

scrub rinse and cleanse

leaving you raw and pink

utterly clean

words can lead

twisting turning down new roads of thought

words can rise

hover soar and glide

giving wings to dreams

words can sit

old stale and gathering dust

words can die

crumbling and curling
