Words

Words

cant live with 'em or without 'em

I'm too shy to shout 'em

they come out in a stutter when I try to speak

to someone I pass by out in the street

but when I start to write they become like swords

graceful tools of carnage or justice: words

I gain eloquence when I write and what's more

i have the power to choose what to write for

what to fight for

how to shape my words

how to sharpen my swords

no matter how hard it is to say them out loud
