Words

It's funny how

a mood can change at

the mention of a name

or if with your friends;

laughing smiling

till someone says

one thing wrong and

you feel as though

you'll never have that happy again.

Its funny how

I have nothing to say

when they want me to

and when I finally do

they wish

I hadn't spoken at all

welcome to the quiet club

I know we don't say much

but we're like books

to find the excitement

the emotion

you first have to open the cover

sometimes we wont make sense,

but that's just how it goes

so dont expect me to hear you

if you're not listening

because my story isn't finished

and neither are my words.
