Words

Breathing out the words so sweet Divinity in each word I speak Connecting life to life Realizing there's so little time Not enough time left To speak the other words inside Words like an ocean moving Rushing, to get out They stir inside Their desire, to cause a change To move the world To set it in motion Rhythm meets the unrhymed Beat becomes a pulse Words gain meaning For each lost soul Reach the lost and dying Show them the way home For souls are worth the cost Of twenty-thousand words
