Words

Poetry is nothing but noisy words

Words telling stories, each wanting to be heard.

Stories of woe, bliss, lust, and rage

Crowding, pushing, and filling up the page.

When the words peacefully become one,

Harmony is found and emotion is un-done.

Noisy words on the page instead of in my head

No longer can this toxic emotion spread.
