Your words meant a lot to me... but now they mean nothing... you told me I was different... I believed you because your words meant something... but now they mean nothing... I told you I would protect you from anything... I told you if you need an ear, a hug, or even a kiss I'll be there... I told you I would always be by your side.... whenever you needed comfort... You gladly embraced me with your arms ... and you told me that you had feelings for me... I believed you because your words meant something… but now they mean nothing… I knew I deserved better... but I didn't want better because I had you... your friends told me to stay away, that I was leading myself to sorrow… but their words didn't mean a thing.... yours did... but now they mean nothing… I deserve better at least A "thank you" or "how are you?" Or even an "I missed you"… but as time passed, So did we... my worth is greater, I do deserved better… I deserve an "I love you"... even if it's not from you...
