Words Hurt
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder
I am the one who holds the highest view
my perception of self tainted by trauma caused by you
Words dont just hurt they leave scars that are hard to undo
I can no longer see what is true
I feel triggered and the pain grows bigger
When will I ever belive I am enough withou your whisper calling bluff
when will I see the beauty that hides behind your lies
when will my eyes see the power I hold inside
