Words With Meaning
The Notebook is already opened
And the pencil is in my hand
A wave of wonder fills my head
Unspeakable thoughts pile up at the end of my finger tips
Begging to be written
The feeling of non-release will soon be forgiven
My body and Soul is at ease
And nothing but peace and deliverance is on my mind
Bottled up emotions that were easy to find
Before I knew it
The blank piece of paper began to have letters
Letters that made words
Words that made sentences
Sentences that were once thoughts
I write to reveal thoughts
to remove my pain
To make sure accomplishments are gained
To sigh with relief
To Grow as an individual
Admitting that the past mistakes help future achievements
To have the power to write what I want to write
and to say what I want to say
To get by day after day
Thinking these continuous thoughts as my pencil continued to sway
Telling my story
I write because it's healthy to let out emotions
I write because I'm in control of what could be read
The pencil scribbles and the thoughts flow out
For this is what writing is all about
