Words Unspoken

Come out of your shell little one,

Time will tell when you are done.

Words you sing for all to hear,

A song with get you there.

This song you sing is not for just you,

The team will hear and free you.

The fear of leading is not it you see,

My words unheard in a big family.

I sing my song in front of them,

To my surprise they all join in.

A fear overcome with help of the team,

My words are heard now so it would seem.
