Up and down that's just the way it goes

Some days you're high then others you're low

Life will be great no matter what path you chose

Just remember that somedays you will win and some you will lose

Its okay to feel lost or even confused

Look back but keep moving towards the goal

Learn from every moment, more value than gold

Be grateful, and think of my love when your cold

I'm only a prayer away, it's just a new way to phone me 

I miss you, and at times I wish you could hold me

I wish time would go slower so I can turn to the old me
