The Words You Never Said
You never told me you loved me –
While I loved you dearly.
B-B-b but you did not even care.
Did not care
at all.
Just fled -
Leaving me with nothing but
Pieces of glass
That cannot come back together.
You said “Sorry.”
But were you really “sorry”?
Or just selfish
As usual?

Your Poem's Voice
Deeply personal heartbreak; autobiographical betrayal and abandonment narrative.
Multiple emotional beats compressed densely; rapid shifts between accusation, metaphor, questioning.
Strongly negative; grief, anger, betrayal, abandonment dominate throughout.
Explosive emotional intensity; fragmented syntax, stutter effect, dashes create turbulent pace.
Approximately 13 lines; falls in 7-15 range.
Strong metaphor (pieces of glass); rhetorical questioning; broken syntax as stylistic device.
Pure lyric internal monologue; direct address to absent 'you'; intimate first-person voice.
