Work Day

Roll out of bed Need to clear my head. Get dressed Hope for the best. A cold wind on my face Set a brisk pace. The horses greet me at the gate I'm never late. Work is hard The snow falls heavy. Thumb sticks out of my glove Geese fly above. Change is in the air Life ain't fair. Always throwing hay Today is a work day.
