Working Out

Working out is fun

But some think it is dumb

If only they could see the power

That comes with lifting every hour

But the pain is intense

It can put someone under so much stress

But it means so much to me

If only everyone could see

Each day, every night

I live to lift until I get it right

Hopefully someday they will see

How much lifting means to me
