Working out

Vigorous motion increases stature Growth quite unlike cancer Sinews stretch, Contract and repair Labored intakes fight back intensity Beads of salty viscous matter Sticking to brows brown Lifting just before bones shatter Heating what is seemingly undesired For aestheticism's sake Bumps and hard lumps Form and spread along a widening frame Energy depleted Stores aboundingly Minds at ease from forced movements Skills developed in lieu of lethargy Never the same like individual drops in the vast ocean Never caressing the same fish twice Variety is spice It's the cutlet of life Keep at Bay guessing Forcing masses to prepare for the next bout Lept at play testing Endorsing slashes to flare Moore and sexual prowess Gazing at oneself and finding out What has been done has turned out For the betterment of oneself Top it all off having fun Applauding the reflection in the mirror But only one hand is clapping
