W.O.R.K.O.U.T

"Keep yourself slim

Lose the body fat, lose the stretch marks

You aren't allowed to be comfortable in your own skin."

Is that what they say to you, throughout the day?

For you to keep up your stamina

Of endearing their judgements

While you tear yourself apart

To fit in a society

A society that will never approve

Will never see that you have more to offer than what could be a "perfect" body

That you can only be an object to be praised by other's eyes

But not a person, to be praised for your mind?

They want you to be this

They want you to be that

Who cares what THEY want?

The question is, "What do you want?"

Do you want to submit to society's norms

To limit your creativity?

To lose your voice?

Or do you want to be yourself?

To do what makes you happy and share your thoughts?

If someone asks you if you "Workout,"

You tell them you are the defintion of  W.O.R.K.O.U.T

You are Willful, Outstanding, Revered, a Keeper, One hundred percent gorgeous, Unique,

Talented

You are you <3
