for the world.

Quiet,

I sit and take in the world,

spinning in drifts

-- golden flecks of ash—

a cloud of shimmering possibilities shade my reality.

I am a dreamer.

I am a listener.

I possess a slim body filled with a cool blue sky,

hair breathing with life rather than dead cells,

a mouth silent with the black of infinity,

and eyes I softly stroke over the landscape

ready to translate beauty into words
