THIS WORLD AND ITS SORROWS

Stop, stop, stop

Tired of this world

And all the sorrow in it

I am tired of myself even though I’m tied with it

Lips are stitched together

Words are muffled in mouth

Loneliness taking over me

Turning me black inside out

They think I am happy

Look inside me

Take time to analyze

Then you’ll be able to hear my inside cries

My visible color is red

It’s just to show the world

In reality I am black instead

Red is just for those who misinterpret

Can’t even cry

The river has dried

The bird of my emotion is dead even though I tried

I was honest person but all my life I’ve been lied

I am tired of the people living in it

Who make fun of you but call it wit

I am tired of myself even though I’m tied to it

Tired of this world and all the sorrows in it.
