world that bends
faces
reflected in mirrors,
surrounded by infinity.
stars fade.
all is night.
through this shadow,
piercing, shafts of light
illuminate the faces,
pallid with cold
and sorrowing, sorrowing, sorrowing
for a world that always bends.
