The world for her was
The world for her was like the sea. All the wonders and lies beckoning.
Having the spirit of a fire
Her mind filled with a strong desire.
She jumps in without a care
Not realizing the horrors that wait there.
Trying to swim starting to drown Starts to see black as she goes down.
Then when she thought it was the end Life gave her the chance again.
Pulled from the waves she reached for the shore She was distraught, shaken to the core.
She slowly got up and looked at the sea
Then, she walked away and said “You were not for me”
