The world I live in

I stare blankly at my reflection in the puddle of my own tears

Thinking to myself, "when will I ever get over my fears"

I scream and shout to the world but only to realize I stood behind a sound proof glass

Invisible to the world, so I lay on the crack floor while they bypass

Kicking around the heart I opened to them

They break me down but I only learn to love

They shoot me down but I only learn to wear their words like a glove

All that they can do is hurt me, well atleast thats what they think

No more shall my bleed leak in bathroom sink

I have healed from my wounds

And now I am standing tall and walking strong because now I am well aware of how much my heart can bear
