World of Running

Frustration is the top word when you are stuck, lost, and defeated. Stressed, the top word when your to-dos get longer, and nothing goes your way. Aggravated, that's the top word for all the other things that just don't feel like a good day. Just run, it releases all endorphins and uncovers unmasked feelings. It relieves tension, stress, overwhelming thoughts, and emotions. Turn up the tunes and just lock in and go, you will feel much more whole after you release all through your shoes and fingers.
