This World is our World,

Shared by every human that takes in air.

To share and to cherish

Each other with kindness and care

Is the only way to preserve something so rare.

Between movements and riots,

From #BlackLivesMatter to southern hate crimes,

This world is ours to accept

And we will all face judgment when that bell chimes

At the end of all of our times.

Be you woman, man, or in between,

Be you lesbian, straight, or gay,

Be you black, white, or "other",

Make the world a better place today

And connect the hearts of those near and far away.
