In a World of Pain

I watch the news and see nothing but pain. Murderers and rapists are all abound. Criminals stealing from others for gain And many more deaths on the gang battleground. Stories of a mother killing daughter, Couples aborting kids they can't afford. ISIS is sending Christians to slaughter And all I can ask myself is "Why, Lord?" Yet, in all this pain, God has found a way To let me see all the good He has given. I trust in Him that all will be okay Because all sins have been forgiven. The rain falls on the just and the unjust, But always know it is Him you can trust.
