The World Today

The world today is the color red,

It's so bad, you can't go to bed.

People are still dying from starvation and diseases,

Why can't we all find some eases?

Every smiling face is going down,

They are all turning into frowns.

The rich aren't helping the poor,

They don't know what to do anymore.

Our democracy is falling rapidly in such aggression,

If we don't do something about it, there will be another Great Depression.

People are fighting and killing each other,

Don't they know what they're doing to one another?

All of this hatred could cause another Holocaust,

We can't put all the blame on that person, it's all of our faults.

Even if you're one person,

You can make a change.

It doesn't matter if you are just 1, your ideas can be arranged.

How would you feel in their position?

Ask yourself this right now, it's not a contradiction.

Would you feel happy or sad?

Would you say it's good or bad?

If you think life isn't fair,

Look at the people who live where there is nothing clean to eat, live, or wear.

Life will not always be fair no matter how you feel.

Watch people less fortunate as you,

That don't have anything to be appealed to.

You and me can change the world a little at a time,

If we don't nobody will and the Earth and Universe will decline.

All we need is you and your mind
