World War Forever

KEEP STILL!
the bullets rain down.
TAKE COVER!
the shelling never stops.
no need for a ceasefire;
    anger has infinite bullets
    and bitterness is the ultimate grenade.
for when the offensive pauses
to put on a mask of alliance,
all you recall is the shelling.
