The world we live in

Dear world, You have dismayed me I look for peace I look for love But it's no where to be found Fakeness is a trend that seems to never go out of style True beauty is always overlooked Why aren't we there for each other? Why do we only care for ourselves? I'm surrounded by wickedness No one wants to hear the truth Materials are a big distraction It is also temporary I pray and I pray that these things will change
