Worlds Apart

I have worlds inside me that you will never understand. How the tsunamies crash on my lashes and storm down my mask before I take it off for bed. Tornados breaking the wall I put up and suffocating me. Feeling every beat of my heart as it roars in my ears and I scream out because it’s all I can get out to cope with the pain. But the lightning over powers my scream and you hear nothing.
