WormHole of Feelings

I can feel myself slipping through my finger tips.

I gotta get a grip of reality before I fall.

I remeber when I fell before and I remember falling hard.

I swear it was the best time of my life

Until I realized i was caught up by a dream

Im back on my two feet but truthfully falling felt good.

I cant help but think back and tell myself.

Falling for you was too sweet but my heart was damaged.

Is it healthy for me to put my heart in a place where it doesnt belong?

It longs to go back but I know the poor thing wont manage and nor will I.

Im strong today but i tend to wither away when I reflect back on yesterday.

I wont fall again though. I refuse to fall in the wormhole of feelings that you created in me.
