Like Worth While

First tooth lost
Inches grown
Learning all the while
These are the things
That make life worth while
First love and broken hearts
New love mends the hurting parts
'till true love is seen
These are the things
That make life worth while
All dressed in white
Happy tears fall
As Daddy whispers on her ear
These are the things
That make life worth while
Laughter of a newborn child
Growing before our eyes
Watching as she learns
All the things
That make life worth while
