Wounded Expression

His face is beaten And hardened like stone No one loves him So he's on his own A man with a broken heart His face holds no emotion Wishes for death right from the the start But is handed no gratification What was once his his past, present, and forever He never knew That one day he'd be forced to shed her He's hardened by the toils of life Left by a whore who was once his wife
