Wounds

She ripped open the girls wound

not aware of the pain it would inflict to her victim

because opening a new wound

won't bring back old memories

old scars?

They arn't lodged that far

it isn't that easy to forget

the things you have ever felt or said

Everytime you bring up my faults

you make me fall short of myself

you make me feel broken

My heart feels as though it has been constricted

safacated under your grasp

This is what happens when you uncover the veil of the past
