Every time I write

I write to speak truth

Without truth is no use

For all everyone can do

 

What good are white lies

When all that results 

Are things that resemble flies?

Disgusting in nature,

Found out no now but later

 

I write to expose

To what is unknown

I write to unleash 

Harsh realities

 

I exclaim emotions

I cannot stand to repress

Because without expression

We would all regress

 

And so I stand that

The lie hurts more than the truth

So for everything

There is no use

But to tell the truth
