I am a writer,

poetry is my soul:

poetry came to me on its own.

I am a DREAMer,

my writing is my voice;

I am a DREAMer,

poetry runs my thoughts.

I am a fighter,

poetry is my force.

poetry runs to my blood.

I am writer,

through my writing I speak of love.

I am a writer:

my writing expresses the truth.

I am a DREAMer

fighting to be heard.

I am a DREAMer

asking to be treated fair.

I am a fighter

defending my rights,

expressing the needs of the weak.

speaking the silent truth.
