Why I write, I write to express

To give my mind release

I write to forgive, I write to forget

I write of triumph and defeat

Imagination is the beauty in writing

Imagination has no borders no bounds

In my poems I can be anything

If I want I can fly upside-down

I can choose to write fact or fiction

And I can word it so no one can tell

Sometimes I can use misconceptions

Tricking the reader to think something else

Opportunity knocks on the door

I can make anything happen

There is no subject that goes unexplored

All I need is a paper and pen
