Writer's Block

I have so much to say, but I cannot find the words.

Give me a topic; I can spit out heart-wrenching stanzas about love, loss, desperation.

I could proofread papers and interject artistic touches to works bar my own flawlessly for hours.

 But, if I was told,

“write down what you feel and what you think.”

 I will stare at that

Damned,

 Blinking,

 Curser

 For hours.
