How do you write poetry? Are they words that you express? Must you confess? Will it be happy or sad? Or could it be silly or mad? Can you capture a vision? Or would it be a downhill collision? I will say this To those who exist. You write words to fill in the gap To set your mind so that it may unwrap. The wonderful ways of thinking To always end with a new beginning. Don’t be afraid to write what you say For words are endless and can never astray. Becoming one with your words Should be bold and always heard. You never know what your words may hold To someone that will be able to unfold. A lesson that can be taught That will never ever be forgot. To those who read to the words you write Let it become clear, creative, and concise. Remember one thing when writing poetry It should come from the heart and always hold a story.

"To those who read the words you write, let it be clear, creative, and concise." Beautiful line! I completely understand when you don't have any idea what to write about they always tell me to write about writer's block. Now of course it somehow never really seems to really be about writer's black in the end, but it sure help you get started didn't it? I love this piece thank you so much for sharing!

Becca.
