The Writer's Mind

Pirates searching for precious loot

Knights battling with massive brutes

Fairies dancing in the star light

Silent thieves creeping in the night

Princesses trapped in their tower

Weaker always forced to cower

Dreams forever locked in its place

Magic leaving the slightest trace

Fantasies eating us alive

Stories hiding from the inside

Those daydreams stuck inside your brain

Blurry lines of crazy and sane

The world of the odd is your home

Where strange beasts have the chance to roam

Where everything is your own choice

Where you are the controlling voice
