Writers Relief

I write because I go through hard times

Family and friends are not always there

Most of my problems rhyme

I do not always share

People just look at physical appearance

I am a book and they judge my cover

Me seeming happy is just a silly trance

I have my mother

Supposedly the easiest person to talk to

But sometimes after I feel even worse

Paper takes in my feelings and helps me get through

So many feelings I write down I feel like the pen is going to burst

The pen is always there

With the help of paper I am able to get through those hard days

They're always available when I need to share

I write becasue it helps to the pain away
