On Writing

I started writing Because words are the channels of my emotions Happy, sad Both can be written down equally I started writing Because the alternative was unthinkable Fire, ice Both flow through my veins I started writing Because I feel things too strongly Characters, plots They let me feel things from a distance I started writing Because through writing I learned who I am Strong, weak I like me better now
