XII

i am not capable of love everyone that has ever loved me has loved a ghost a liar a whisper every time i have slipped and said the dreaded words i have been spinning lies as intricate as a spiderweb i am not capable of love any more i look back at the people i have loved and none have remained i am hollow they have taken all from me and given nothing back i am a shell hear my echo i hold the ocean in my ribs
